Gerry Bullard

Position: Senior Partner

Gerry established the Practice of G H Bullard & Associates in November 1987 following 24-years service in Local Government within the Highway Engineering sector.

Within the Practice, Gerry primarily specialises in providing Planning Stage advice in highway, drainage and traffic engineering matters associated with residential, industrial and commercial developments. These include assessing infrastructure costs, carrying out Flood Risk Assessments and Highway Assessments associated with planning requirements for Environmental Impact Statements.

Since the Practice's formation, Gerry has developed a broad client base of local and national developers, Architects and Solicitors, as well as Local Authorities who have been represented by the Practice at Local Plan, Planning Appeal and Enforcement Inquiries as well as carrying out Civil Engineering designs.

Dan Henning

Position: Partner
Professional status: Chartered Engineer

Dan has over 15-years experience working within the Civil Engineering Industry, working on a variety of infrastructure projects, extending the full scale of size and complexity. Dan joined G H Bullard & Associates from Ove Arup & Partners in June 2004 and became a Partner of the Practice in July 2005. Within the practice, Dan takes responsibility for the detailed design of most of our larger projects. The work is primarily highways and drainage based design work, solving problems required under the provisions of the Highways Acts and Water Industries Act for drainage and highway adoption by Local Authorities. He also has a key involvement in various projects at all stages in design from concept design to completed site handover.
